We take our time when it comes to creating the best tasting butter by using a hands-on method that is rarely heard of in the 21st century. Our team closely monitors the temperature controls ensuring that the cream is never heated over 145 degrees. This traditional, low-temperature pasteurization method retains the farm-fresh flavor and beneficial bacteria our bodies need.

We employ specialized butter makers who supervise each batch to make sure the cream is churned and crafted to perfection. After the butter is molded into sticks, it is hand-packed into cartons and ready for the retail shelf.
