The grown-up fudgesicle you didn’t know you needed.
Remember biting into a fudgesicle as a kid and thinking it was the greatest thing in the world? This is what, aside from being made with real ingredients, you can feel good about. Rich, deeply chocolatey, and impossibly creamy, these fudgesicles are the freezer treat that earns a permanent spot all summer long.
The foundation is our Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt, and it makes all the difference. Made with 100% grass-fed milk from small Midwest family farms, it adds a natural creaminess that keeps these pops smooth and fudgy, not icy — no artificial thickeners needed.
Why the dairy matters
Most frozen treats rely on heavily processed dairy to get that smooth texture. We don’t need to. Our Organic Vanilla Yogurt is vat pasteurized at low temperatures to preserve the milk’s natural character, and it shows in every bite. Our Organic Whole Milk — non-homogenized, with cream that rises naturally to the top — adds the richness that takes these from good to genuinely indulgent.
Both come from grass-fed cows raised on pasture by small family farms practicing regenerative agriculture. Simple milk, handled simply, frozen into something special.
Tip: If your Kalona yogurt has a cream layer on top, stir it in before measuring. That’s the good stuff — don’t leave it behind.

Creamy Chocolate Fudgesicles
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Kalona SuperNatural Organic Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1–2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
- Pour evenly into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 6–8 hours, or until completely solid.
- Run the mold under warm water briefly to release, then enjoy.
Make these the night before for a no-fuss next-day treat.
Make them your own
Want a deeper chocolate flavor? Add an extra tablespoon of cocoa powder. Prefer them less sweet? Use our Plain Whole Milk Yogurt as the base and let the cocoa and peanut butter do the talking. You can also skip the protein powder entirely — the yogurt provides plenty of staying power on its own.
However you make them, these fudgesicles are proof that the best frozen treats start with the best dairy.
