½ cup minced cilantro, parsley, and/or mint, combined
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Whole herb leaves, red pepper flakes or sliced green chile, to finish
Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the minced herbs. Season with a few pinches of salt and some freshly ground pepper. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve like this, or garnish with cilantro leaves, some red pepper flakes or sliced green chile!
