- 1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Plain Kefir

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 1/2 medium avocado

- 1/2 lemon (juiced)

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley

- 2 teaspoons fresh dill

- 2 teaspoons fresh basil

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

- 2 teaspoons fresh chives

- 1–3 tablespoons water as needed to thin

- Salt and ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the kefir, olive oil, vinegar, avocado, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and all fresh herbs in a blender or food processor.
- Puree until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add water one tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and fresh ground pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
