Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Plain Kefir

    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

    • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

    • 1/2 medium avocado

    • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

    • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley

    • 2 teaspoons fresh dill

    • 2 teaspoons fresh basil

    • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

    • 2 teaspoons fresh chives

    • 13 tablespoons water as needed to thin

    • Salt and ground pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the kefir, olive oil, vinegar, avocado, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and all fresh herbs in a blender or food processor.
  2. Puree until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water one tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and fresh ground pepper as needed.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
