This chai butter tea will add the necessary amounts of fat to your keto diet. Not on the keto diet? No worries, you’ll love it, too!




  1. Boil the water and brew tea bags for 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
  2. Add butter, MCT oil, vanilla, and whipping cream into a blender cup along with the brewed tea.
  3. Blend or mix. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top!
