I love to make an ice cream with it, simply by adding frozen wild blueberries to it and stirring them together for the exact texture and balance that I am in the mood for. Sometimes I like more blueberries and other times I like more sour cream and some blueberries. In a few minutes of hand stirring, you have a delicious soft ice cream dessert of your exact liking. Excellent.
