In a large microwavable mixing bowl, add white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes until mixture is creamy. Blend in sweetened condensed milk and mint flavor. Taste, add more flavor if desired. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours. Cut into squares. Place in container or bag, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator. Note: You can make on the stove top in a medium saucepan on low heat.
