Protein Blondies Recipe

Description

Desserts are usually a guilty pleasure, but not this one. These fluffy blondies with protein packed ingredients are the way to go for everyday snacks and treats!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine quinoa flour, almond flour, whey, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in mixing bowl.
  3. Add yogurt, cottage cheese, egg whites and vanilla to dry mixture. Be careful to not over mix the batter.
  4. Add batter to a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Increase heat to 375°F and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cool, cut and serve.
