Description
Desserts are usually a guilty pleasure, but not this one. These fluffy blondies with protein packed ingredients are the way to go for everyday snacks and treats!

- 1/4 cup quinoa (ground into flour)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Lowfat Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine quinoa flour, almond flour, whey, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in mixing bowl.
- Add yogurt, cottage cheese, egg whites and vanilla to dry mixture. Be careful to not over mix the batter.
- Add batter to a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Increase heat to 375°F and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
- Cool, cut and serve.
