Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Preheat a large skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.
Make pancakes of desired size. Cook on each side until they begin to bubble and look golden.
Top with banana and maple syrup.
