- 5-ounces Kalona SuperNatural™ Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, and water together. Then whisk in olive oil. Add sugar, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Whisk until blended. Refrigerate overnight. Add salt and pepper to taste. More water can be added to reach the desired consistency. Serve over fresh greens and vegetables.
