Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Carefully poke several holes in the spaghetti squash with a knife to allow steam to escape during cooking. Place the squash on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Roast the squash in the preheated oven for 45 minutes (roasting time may vary depending on the size of the squash—check for tenderness).
  4. Once cooked, remove the squash from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Slice the squash in half lengthwise and use a fork to gently release the strands of flesh.
  5. Transfer the strands to a bowl, saving the squash skins for later. Add the French onion dip and crumbled turkey bacon to the bowl, then mix until well combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture back into the reserved spaghetti squash skins. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the stuffed squash under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
