A very good and healthy sour cream. I can easily eat it plain and with other foods. I love to make an ice cream with it, simply by adding frozen wild blueberries to it and stirring them together for the exact texture and balance that I am in the mood for. Sometimes I like more blueberries and other times I like more sour cream and some blueberries. In a few minutes of hand stirring, you have a delicious soft ice cream dessert of your exact liking. Excellent.

I finally tasted their sour cream for the first time a couple of weeks ago and since then have been back for more.
