Description
Made using Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese and organic eggs, this protein packed crepe recipe comes from one of our brand advocates, @LardLady. They’re delicious with fresh fruit or even a chocolate hazelnut spread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk
- 6 organic eggs
- 1 cup organic flour
- 2 tsp. organic vanilla
- 1 tsp. pink salt
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- Blend ingredients in blender or food processor. Pour mixture into mixing bowl and let sit at least 30 minutes.
- Heat non-stick pan with an added coating of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Unsalted Butter.
- Pour 1 oz. of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
- Cook for 30 seconds and flip with another 10 seconds on the other side.
- Lay flat to cool.
- Continue steps 3 and 4 until batter is gone.
