Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 cup Kalona Supernatural Organic Vanilla Yogurt
Sprinkles
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry cookie bar ingredients.
Fold in wet ingredients then mix thoroughly until a dough batter forms.
Press the dough into a lined loaf pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes allowing the batter tog firm.
Spread a generous layer of vanilla yogurt over the top.
Add your favorite sprinkles then freeze until frosting has thickened and firmed.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
