The Kalona SuperNatural #DairyProud Video Contest will be held online from 12:01 am Central Time (CT) August 10, 2019 to 11:59 pm Central Time September 10, 2019. The Kalona SuperNatural #DairyProud Video Contest is open to all individuals. Kalona SuperNatural employees and their families are eligible to enter videos, but will not win the prize. Entrants must be the rightful owner of the e-mail address registered. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER
As of Contest Entry Period, Entrants can upload videos by completing the contest registration form located at www.kalonasupernatural.com/dairyproud-video-contest. For entries to be eligible, Entrants must completely and accurately enter all information to enter. All submissions must be received by 11:59 pm CT on September 10, 2019. Submissions must not contain material which is sexually explicit, obscene, violent, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, etc.) offensive, threatening, profane or harassing. They must not contain any mention or performance of copyrighted media production including but not limited to music, television, books, or television programming. Submissions must not contain material that infringes on international copyright rules and regulations. Once submitted, all submissions become the exclusive property of Kalona SuperNatural, its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, in perpetuity.
WINNING THE CONTEST
At the end of the contest entry period, 2 (two) random entries will be selected as the winners of the Kalona SuperNatural #DairyProud Video Contest. Winners will receive a Kalona SuperNatural Ultimate Swag Bag which includes but not limited to 10 (ten) Kalona SuperNatural free product coupons, branded ball cap, t-shirt, full-zip hoodie, a mason jar, a stainless steel straw, and a Kalona SuperNatural Fresh Cheesemaking Kit. Each Entrant authorizes the Sponsor and any entities affiliated with the Sponsor to utilize the video submitted, for eternity and for how they see fit. In addition, by participating in the Contest and submitting a Video, each Entrant hereby grants permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use Entrant’s Video, name, likeness, voice, quotes, comments, biographical information, photograph and/or image for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further notice, permission, compensation or consideration in any and all media now known, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law. Entrant can reach contest organizers by e-mail at marketing@kalonasupernatural.com and at mailing address Kalona Organics, 5195 Farmers Ave SW, Kalona, Iowa 52247 to request that the entrant’s name be removed from the mailing lists for the contest.
Each Entrant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Sponsor does not have now or in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, contributory, or otherwise, in regards to the infringement of protection of the copyright in and to the submission. Each Entrant acknowledges that, with respect to any claim by Entrant relating to or arising out of Sponsor’s actual or alleged exploitation or use of any Submission or other material submitted in connection with the Contest, the damage, if any, thereby caused to the applicable Entrant will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle such Entrant to seek injunctive or other equitable relief or in any way enjoin the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of the Video or any other production based on or allegedly based on the Submission, and the Entrant’s rights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
A prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize or any portion of the prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Kalona SuperNatural, then a substitute prize may be awarded at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any risk of loss associated with the prize or any portion of the prize after it has been delivered.
