Kalona Butter Availability

Where did our butter go? Well, we just found some!

Producing enough Kalona SuperNatural Organic Butter to meet demand has been a real challenge. (Scroll to see where we found some.)

The reason is that the organic cream to make our butter comes from skimming it off whole milk which then becomes our Organic 2% Milk. That is usually fine, but demand for our Organic Whole Milk has skyrocketed. Therefore, we have not been skimming as much cream to make 2% milk. Also, the cream that is available has gone into Whipping Cream and Half & Half, which are selling out super fast too.

Our butter is already not in many stores and the shortages will get worse the closer we get to the Holidays 🙁

But we just found some! See the list below…

We just got a report that the stores in the list below have a few cases. Those will disappear fast, so get them while you can, and take a look at our other products while you are there.

Tell the Dairy Manager how much you love our products, and maybe they’ll be able to order more for you – while our very limited supplies last.

Please note that it is very hard to track how much Organic Butter these stores have in stock. You can call first but going there and talking to the Dairy Manager is probably your best way to find it and pick some up.
