Jene – This Mom’s Buff

Hello, my name is Jene. I am 36 years old, a wife & a mother of two precious little boys. I’m From Augusta, Georgia. I have a passion for working with people who want to get fit and change their lifestyle to be healthier.

I am a competitive bodybuilder & have been a Certified Personal Trainer for the past 11 years, currently training out of my home gym in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I have a specialization in nutrition, group training, & corrective exercise. I’ve been into health & fitness for about 11 years now,  I overhauled my own eating habits 4 years ago completely to only whole foods, mostly organic and cut out anything artificial in a journey to heal my gut and hormones.

I only use Kalona SuperNatural dairy products because they are clean don’t use any fillers or gums, I also love supporting small businesses! I love rock climbing, jump roping, exploring new hikes and doing fun new things!
