Ingredients

- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice

- 1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Cottage Cheese (whipped)

- Seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
Instructions
Heat 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice cauliflower on the stove (do not add water) until tender.
While cauli-rice is heating, whip 1 cup of cottage cheese. Add whipped cottage cheese to cauliflower rice and season to taste.
Form and shape, then bake on a lined baking sheet at 350 F for about 45 minutes.
