Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Cottage Cheese (whipped)
- Seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
- Parchment paper or a lined baking sheet
Instructions:
- Heat the Cauliflower Rice: Start by heating up a bag of frozen cauliflower rice in a pan on the stove. Do not add water—you want the cauliflower to soften and release any excess moisture without making it too watery. Stir occasionally to ensure it cooks evenly and becomes tender.
- Whip the Cottage Cheese: While your cauliflower rice is cooking, take 1 cup of cottage cheese and whip it up until smooth and creamy. This is a key step to ensuring the tots come together with that perfect, fluffy texture.
- Mix and Season: Once your cauliflower rice is tender, add the whipped cottage cheese to the cauliflower rice and mix everything together. Instructions
Heat 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice cauliflower on the stove (do not add water) until tender.
While cauli-rice is heating, whip 1 cup of cottage cheese. Add whipped cottage cheese to cauliflower rice and season to taste.
Form and shape, then bake on a lined baking sheet at 350 F for about 45 minutes.
