I put this half and half in my cold brew every morning!! its the best out there, such a sweet creamy taste, and its one of the only brands out there non homogenized and vat low temp pasteurized which is very important to me. this is a high quality dairy brand. highly reccormend

Even with shaking, chunks remain that melt into pools of fat on my coffee, so that the coffee itself isn’t as creamy as I prefer. It’s odd, because this doesn’t happen with similarly cream from another local creamery. It’s the only product from Kalona I have used and not repurchased.
