Radish Butter Ingredients
- ½ pound Kalona SuperNatural™ organic butter, softened at room temperature
- ½ shallot, finely minced
- Zest & juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup chives, minced
- 8 cherry radishes, trimmed & brunoise
- Pinch of kosher sea salt
Directions
In a mixing bowl, fold all of the ingredients together with a rubber spatula.
Serve atop sliced baguette, toasted multigrain, grilled steak, baked fish, scrambled eggs, roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes, or anything and everything else you enjoy with a delicious, colorful, springy butter!
