Chocolate Milk Pie

Chocolate Milk pie is a traditional dessert perfect for all ages! Its pudding-like filling contains only a few ingredients including Kalona SuperNatural Organic Chocolate Milk!

Chocolate Milk Pie Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the cornstarch with 1/2 cup of Kalona SuperNatural organic chocolate milk to form a smooth paste. 
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, and remaining milk. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Stir continuously. 
  3. Whisk cornstarch mixture until smooth and gradually pour into the simmering mixture, whisk rapidly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. If your cornstarch mixture is lumpy, use a strainer.
  4. Add the vanilla extract. Stir and cook 5 more minutes or until the mixture becomes thick, like pudding. Remove the mixture before it starts to bubble and boil. 
  5. Pour mixture into baked pie crust and smooth it out.
  6. Cool to room temperature and then place in the fridge for 4 hours. 
  7. Serve the chocolate milk pie with a dusting of cocoa powder or homemade whipped cream and berries.
