Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic French Onion Dip
- 2 pieces cooked and crumbled Turkey Bacon
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Carefully poke several holes in the spaghetti squash with a knife to allow steam to escape during cooking. Place the squash on a greased baking sheet.
- Roast the squash in the preheated oven for 45 minutes (roasting time may vary depending on the size of the squash—check for tenderness).
- Once cooked, remove the squash from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Slice the squash in half lengthwise and use a fork to gently release the strands of flesh.
- Transfer the strands to a bowl, saving the squash skins for later. Add the French onion dip and crumbled turkey bacon to the bowl, then mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture back into the reserved spaghetti squash skins. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place the stuffed squash under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Enjoy!
