Ingredients
4 ounces fresh spinach leaves
½ cup artichoke hearts packed in oil, coarsely chopped
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup Kalona SuperNatural French Onion Dip
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
Sliced sourdough bread
Instructions
1. Sauté the spinach in about 2 tablespoons of water until it is wilted. Let cool, then squeeze out all the excess water. Coarsely chop the spinach.
2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat a small baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.
3. Place the cream cheese, Kalona SuperNatural French Onion Dip, cooked spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, salt, pepper, ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
4. Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared dish. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Turn the oven to broil for 2-3 more minutes or until the cheese starts to brown.
6. Serve immediately while warm with sourdough bread!
