Spinach Artichoke French Onion Dip

Ingredients

4 ounces fresh spinach leaves

½ cup artichoke hearts packed in oil, coarsely chopped

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

 cup Kalona SuperNatural French Onion Dip⁣⁣

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

 cup grated parmesan cheese

Sliced sourdough bread


Instructions

1. Sauté the spinach in about 2 tablespoons of water until it is wilted. Let cool, then squeeze out all the excess water. Coarsely chop the spinach.⁣⁣

2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat a small baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.⁣⁣

3. Place the cream cheese, Kalona SuperNatural French Onion Dip, cooked spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, salt, pepper, ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.⁣⁣

4. Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared dish. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.⁣⁣

5. Bake for 15 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Turn the oven to broil for 2-3 more minutes or until the cheese starts to brown. ⁣⁣

6. Serve immediately while warm with sourdough bread!
