This creamy sauce is the perfect way to top off roasted vegetables, a delicious lamb dish, or grains such as farro and beans. It’s also great on leftovers! This recipe makes about 1 cup.
Tahini and Lemon Sauce Ingredients
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to taste
Tahini and Lemon Sauce Directions
First, stir the yogurt to loosen it, then stir in the Tahini, leaving it streaky or blending it thoroughly as you wish. Stir in one tablespoon of lemon juice. Taste the sauce. Add additional Tahini and lemon juice as desired. Refrigerate after use. It may become thicker as it sits, simply give it a stir to thin it out.
