Open-faced Egg Salad Sammie
Ingredients
- 2 organic eggs
- Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk Plain Cream Top Yogurt
- Salt & pepper
- Paprika
- Ground mustard
- Garlic powder
- Red onion
- Sourdough bread
- Tomatoes
Directions
- Hard boil 1 egg & slice. Place pieces in bowl.
- Boil one egg white, cut up and place in bowl with sliced egg.
- Add Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whole Milk Cream Top Yogurt until you reach your desired consistency and taste.
- Combine mixture with salt, pepper, ground mustard, paprika, garlic powder and onion to desired taste.
- Top sourdough with sliced red onions, egg salad and sliced tomatoes.
