Delicious! We made this for friendsgiving tonight and it was a hit. This was my first time making a cheeseball and perhaps the first time I’ve had a dessert-style one, loved that it was just right and not overly sweet. I toasted the pecans and used dark chocolate chips, mini and regular size mixed. Served with graham crackers and nilla wafers.
