Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 tsp organic honey
- ¾ cup chopped organic mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp minced, fresh organic ginger
- 2 cups Kalona SuperNatural 100% Grass-Fed Whole Milk Plain Kefir
- 1 cup ice (optional)
Mango & Ginger Kefir Smoothie Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more honey, ginger or ice to taste.
TIP: Try it with other fruit such as peaches or banana!
