This smoothie is a great “immunity booster” because it is packed with Vitamin C and Vitamin A from the sweet potatoes and orange juice. Vitamin A is important for immune function and eye development.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Kalona Supernatural Organic Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup organic orange juice
- 1 small (about 1/2 cup) baked organic sweet potato, cooled
- 1/4 cup Kalona Supernatural Organic Plain Cream Top Yogurt
- 1 tsp. flaxseed meal
