What Makes Our Milk Different
Our milk comes from small family farms in the Midwest where cows graze on pasture as nature intended. We keep processing to a minimum with low-temperature vat pasteurization and skip the homogenization entirely. That means the cream rises naturally to the top, just like it did in your grandparents’ day.
Because we don’t homogenize, you’ll see that beautiful cream layer form at the top of the bottle.
