Pancakes are a morning staple. These whey pancakes will help you start your day motivated and determined. Breakfast for dinner? That works too!
Ingredients:
- 1 serving protein pancake mix
- 1/2 scoop grass-fed whey
- 1/4 cup organic egg whites
- 1/4 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Milk
- 1/4 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup organic blueberries
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Freeze batter for 5 minutes.
- Pour batter onto skillet for desired size and thickness. Cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with syrup, bananas, chia seeds, chocolate sauce or your favorite pancake toppings!
