Baked Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients

5 cups multigrain noodles

1 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Cottage Cheese (any variety)

1 cup Manchego cheese

2 cups Cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Milk (any variety)

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 organic egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

Baked Macaroni and Cheese Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Boil 5 cups water, add noodles and boil until al dente. In the meantime, mix Kalona SuperNatural cottage cheese, Manchego cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, milk, mustard, egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl. When noodles have finished cooking, drain and place back in the pot. Mix the cheese mixture with the noodles until all noodles are coated. Next, spray a 9″x13″ with non-stick cooking spray. Pour noodle mixture into the prepared pan. Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
