Just as quick and easy as our Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer recipe, this Chocolate Peppermint Coffee Creamer favorite will delight the senses throughout the winter months (or all year long for that matter)!
Chocolate Peppermint Coffee Creamer Ingredients
- 16-ounces Kalona SuperNatural™ Half and Half(1 bottle or 2 cups)
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 ½ tsp peppermint flavor or extract
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa, water, and peppermint. Add approximately ½ cup of the half and half and whisk again. Then add the rest of the half and half and whisk well. Pour back into the 16-ounce bottle of half and half. Shake well. Refrigerate overnight.
- Before each use, shake well. Add sweetener of choice to each cup of coffee. Label container and used by date on bottle.
