Creamy Garlic Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Kalona SuperNatural Reduced Fat 2% Cultured Buttermilk
- ½ cup Kalona SuperNatural Vanilla Cream Top Yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except buttermilk in a blender, blend until smooth. Slowly add buttermilk to the mixture until you get the consistency you like.
Note: You may not use all of the buttermilk. This dressing tends to thicken upon refrigerating.
