Directions for Banana Nut Keto Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
    Do not follow cake mix directions.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except the walnuts.
  3. If you’re using a non-silicone muffin pan, line pan with paper muffin cups.
  4. Once the muffin pan is ready, fill each cup 1/2 full.
  5. Take your walnuts and evenly distribute on top of each uncooked muffin.
  6. Place in the oven for 18-23 minutes or until slightly browned on top. You can also insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, they’re done.
