This savory sauce is a great way to top off many dishes, including vegetable curries! This recipe makes about 1 cup of sauce.
- ¾ cup SuperNatural Plain Yogurt
- ½ cup minced cilantro, parsley, and/or mint, combined
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Whole herb leaves, red pepper flakes or sliced green chile, to finish
Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the minced herbs. Season with a few pinches of salt and some freshly ground pepper. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve like this, or garnish with cilantro leaves, some red pepper flakes or sliced green chile!Print
