Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

The combination of peanut butter and banana are good in almost any recipe. This overnight oats recipe makes a delicious breakfast (or snack) with probiotics from kefir, and protein from the peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned organic oats
  • 2 Tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1 cup Kalona SuperNatural 100% Grass-Fed Organic Plain Kefir
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe organic banana, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal or chia seeds (Try 1/2 Tbsp of each)
  • Additional toppings
    • sliced bananas
    • peanut butter drizzle
    • chopped nuts

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the above ingredients minus the toppings.
  2. Divide the mixture into three jars.
  3. Seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Add your desired toppings before serving.
